"Notes of Appreciation" is a Homefront Group of the Defense Department America Supports You program. The initiative is conducted by Charity Music Inc., which provides Musical Instruments and Live Entertainment in support of those serving on active duty in our Military.
The all Volunteer run program is available to all branches of our Military, and made possible through the generous support of Military Service Organizations, as well as individuals and businesses. Our mission and objective for CY 2010 is to provide a Guitar and Keyboard to each of the over 157 VA Facilities nationwide.
As a 501 (c) (3) Nonprofit Public Charity, EIN 20-2155382, we accept as tax deductible donations, any and all Musical Instruments regardless of age or condition, and also anything that pertains to Music, such as Sheet Music, Music Books, etc.
